How it works

From partner to plugged in.

You agree terms with a host once. After that, your drivers just find, book and charge.

    Find a host

    See the businesses in your network that share chargers, and ask for access. Or accept an offer from one.

  2. 02

    Check the terms

    Before you accept, see the host's prices, peak hours, the hours it keeps for itself and its documents.

  3. 03

    Add your drivers

    Invite them by email, or give them your business code for the app. Assign their vans and cards.

  4. 04

    Charge

    Drivers find the depot, book a slot and charge by app or card. You're billed monthly.

Where can our drivers charge?
At the depots of hosts you've partnered with. They find them in the Evata app.
How do we find a host?
Through Evata. You'll see the businesses in your network that share chargers and can ask for access. Talk to us and we'll help you find one near your routes.
What do we pay?
The host's price per kWh, including VAT. Your drivers see it in the app before they charge.
Do drivers need the app?
To find and book a depot, yes. To charge, they can use the app or an Evata charge card.
How are we billed?
Monthly. Your invoice lists every charge, with the date, site, vehicle or card, energy and VAT, and you can download it as a PDF.
We have chargers too. Can we share them?
Yes. One Evata account does both: host partners at your depot, and charge at theirs.
